Some truths about management...that maybe of some comfort to you.

1) They never appreciate you or what you do for
them. Be OK with that. Like a parent with kids.

2) Don't ever take it personally, as they say in
the mafia 'it's just business'.

3) The manager always gets sacked eventually.
