Californication Dreamfalling

Someone from Winnipeg, Manitoba read my Joey Waking Eyes entry yesterday. That's where The Waking Eyes come from...I so hope it wasn't him, he already affectionately referred to me as nutjob...NO not for RUDE reasons, cos he think's I am mental. Hey ho!

I have been mainlining Californication episodes as provided by my dear friend from the channel and I have been loving it. Tommy has one of my favorite tracks of his in the soundtrack and the moment I heard it I got all goosebumpy and insane smiley. It works perfectly within the episode. Plus David Duchovny is super satisfying to watch. He's an effortless actor and soooo dreamy, le yum!

Dreamfall gets its own subheading...

(skip all this if you're not into gaming or Norwegian idols of Mira Manga)

I just finished playing one of my adventure games, Dreamfall. I'd been wanting to play it forevah since I played its predecessor The Longest Journey. Since I've been recovering its been the perfect time to play it and its a beautiful awesome mesmerising game to play.

It was developed in Norway by visionary Ragnar Tornquist who cruelly devised it as a second part of a trilogy. The ending is quite shocking and now I'll be hanging on forever for the next release of Dreamfall Part 2 which they are threatening to serialise.

But before all that, Ragnar has to get the MMO game The Secret World out. Funcom does have a new Conan game, but that's multiplayer too, and I dont like them, only adventure / point and click / modern adventure games.

So...yay me for finishing the game...boo Funcom for not having anything ready for me to pick up next!

I'm gonna see what new hints are on the UHS website and buy whatever game's they're all over. Thats my usual indicator.

I swear if I ever win the lottery, a BIG win, I'm taking the money to Al Lowe, Roberta & Ken Williams, Chris Jones and Aaron Conners and Graham Cluely and paying them to make me more games that I love...

This is a blog all about my experiences in Retail. As a retail support manager for a UK retail company I despair of the lack of customer service that is endemic everywhere I seem to shop, and I have plenty of opinions on this subject too!
