- This is a blog all about my experiences in Retail. As a retail support manager for a UK retail company I despair of the lack of customer service that is endemic everywhere I seem to shop, and I have plenty of opinions on this subject too!

Love the blog - I came because of your Specsavers piece and read about the British Gas reaction to Twitter. Great!
But I wanted to read more about your findings but didin't want to trawl through each month. How about adding a search function?
I'm sure that the retailers would love to read about themselves too!
